Düsseldorf, 13 July 2026. Cliq Digital AG ("CLIQ" or the "Company") has completed its
public partial share repurchase offer ("Repurchase Offer"). During the extended acceptance
period from 5 May 2026 to 8 July 2026, 1,387,229 CLIQ shares were tendered to the Company
at the offer price of EUR 3.85 per CLIQ share. This corresponds to a repurchase volume of
EUR 5,340,831.65.
