We believe that a creative workspace encourages innovative thinking. Our biggest office in Amsterdam offers a mix of open spaces and closed rooms, is filled with bright colours, and has plenty of greenery to bring a bit of nature indoors. Breakout areas with comfy sofas and brainstorming corners offer everyone a change of scenery, which is often all it takes to spark that next big and new idea. And for everyone who needs a short break from work, we have also added a PS5 as well as a vintage pinball and a foosball table to our break room, offering a fun way for our team to unwind and bond over gaming.

Next to that, growth and development are central to our office culture. we host regular workshops where we bring in industry experts for exclusive talks. Whether it’s learning about the latest trends or refining soft skills, these sessions are designed to help everyone grow both personally and professionally.

Communication is key in our workplace. We aim to practice an open-door policy, encouraging everyone to voice new ideas, and express concerns. That’s also why we host quarterly Campfire Sessions where everyone can ask our management board any questions they may have. This approach aims to ensure that everyone feels heard and valued.
