At CLIQ, we believe in the power of flexible work arrangements. That’s why we have designed a remote working policy that supports a balance between in-office collaboration and the freedom to work from various locations. In this article, we explain how our approach is tailored to benefit both our team members and our organisational goals.
We use a hybrid work model, where our employees spend three days a week in the office and two days working from home. This balance allows for necessary in-person collaboration while providing flexibility. Moreover, we allow each employee to take up to nine remote working days annually. This means they can work from anywhere they choose for up to three weeks a year – this benefits our many international Cliqers who, for example, are planning a visit home and want to work from there for a short period of time.
Better Work-Life Balance: Our policy helps employees manage their personal and professional lives more effectively. By reducing the need to juggle daily commutes and personal responsibilities, our team can enjoy a healthier work-life balance.
Employee Satisfaction and Retention: Flexible working conditions help us keep our best talent. Being able to work remotely, especially for longer periods, is highly valued by our staff and contributes to job satisfaction and lower turnover rates.
As we move forward, we’re committed to adapting our remote work policies to better meet our team’s needs and respond to global work trends, as long as they are compatible with the productivity of our business model.
Our approach is straightforward: support our employees fully and create an environment where they can succeed both professionally and personally.
